Payment Policy:
During Normal Season:
- Bookings will be subject to 25 % deposit upon confirmation), otherwise space will be automatically released.
- Second deposit 25% must be settled 90 days prior to embarkation date.
- The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
For Peak periods “Christmas, New Year & Easter”
- Bookings will be subject to 50 % deposit upon confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
During Normal Season:
- In case of cancellation 90 days prior to arrival 25% will be charged.
- In case of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival 50% will be charged.
- In case of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full payment will be considered as cancellation fees.
For Peak period:
- In case of cancellation 120 days prior to arrival 25% will be charged.
- In case of cancellation 90 days prior to arrival 50% will be charged.
- In case of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival full payment will be considered as cancellation fees.
